- Relevant basis : Article 11 of the Act on the Handling of Civil Affairs (Provision of Convenience to Vulnerable Groups)
- Supported languages : 3 foreign languages (English, Chinese, and Japanese), Cambodian, Vietnamese, etc.
Role of Citizen Interpreters
Provide in-person or telephone (video, landline) interpretation to foreigners visiting the Civil Service Center when they need help with civil affairs, counseling, application forms, etc.
